Passport copies, photographs and other visa documents you upload are stored securely on our servers and are only accessible to authorised All Star Airlines staff processing your application. Documents are not shared with any third party except the relevant visa authority as part of your application.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in during your visit. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from logging in.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking and visa records are retained for 7 years for legal and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.
