All flight bookings are subject to review and approval by All Star Airlines. Submitting a booking does not guarantee confirmation. You will be notified by email within 1–4 hours. Payment is deducted from your wallet on submission and refunded automatically if declined.
Wallet top-ups are processed in cryptocurrency only. We accept BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL and USDC. All top-ups are manually verified by our admin team. All Star Airlines is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses.
We facilitate visa application submission on your behalf. We do not guarantee visa approval, as final decisions rest solely with the relevant government authority. Visa service fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted.
Cancellation policies vary by flight. Approved bookings cancelled by the user may be subject to cancellation fees. Declined bookings are refunded in full to your wallet. Contact support for assistance with cancellations.
All Star Airlines reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms, including fraudulent activity, abuse of the support system, or misuse of the wallet system.
Your personal data, including passport details and travel documents, are stored securely and used only to process your bookings and visa applications. We do not sell your data to third parties.
